Thank you for shopping with us. All of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Time

All orders are custom-made once placed.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • UK: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • The size/weight of your order

Any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee changes
  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please contact us with your order number
  • We will investigate with the shipping provider

If an order is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect addresses

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment locations.
